• Chosen to accompany the Royal Family of Greece (His Majesty, the late King Paul, Queen Fredrica, and Prince Constantine), while on tour in Lebanon in 1959.
• In 1986, was part of the delegation composed of Metropolitan Philip, the late Archbishop Taweel (of the Melkite Archdiocese), and the executives of ADC headed by the former Senator, James Abourizk in Washington, going to the Middle-East to intervene for the release of the American hostages in Lebanon.
• The delegation delivered a letter from the President of the United States , the late Ronal Regan.
• Met with his holiness Pope John Paul II in Toronto , Canada . 1985.
• Met with the late President Hafiz Assad in 1986.
• Met with the then President of the Republic of Lebanon , Mr. Elias Hrawi, 1996.

Married in 1968, have two children: Joseph Michael and Carolyn Anne.
